Lower Leg Pain: Menu 8

Shin pain makes us feel fragile and brittle. Achilles pain forces us to walk on our toes. ITB pain makes us walk on the outside of our feet and threatens our balance. The calf and shin muscles often become overworked, de-conditioned, or injured because of poor ankle or hip mechanics. This menu treats lower leg pain including Shin Splints, Achilles Tendonitis, and ITB Syndrome.
