At the BodyFix Method clinic, each exercise plan is designed solely for a specific client, based upon his or her individual characteristics of alignment, movement, and adaptation to pain. Every assessment is based upon each person’s unique physical characteristics. Until recently, this tailored program was available only at the BodyFix Method clinic in New York.
Advances in digital photography and in online interactivity allow us to set up a simple structure to help those in pain living outside the New York metro area. Today, you can easily gain entrée to a BodyFix Method exercise program from your computer anywhere in the world. Personalized treatment plans will be based on your own online information and your unique photographs. Clients from the United States, France, England, and Australia helped us set up this innovative program. It works.
While you are online, we will ask you to fill out a background and symptoms questionnaire and to upload four standing photographs for us to review. From this information, we will create a series of restorative exercises to bring you back to health and a plan to ease your pain. This healing plan will be in your hands within two business days after you have given us the necessary information and photos. This online program will be specific to you and parallels an initial session at the clinic.
The cost of this personal exercise program is just $150.00 for the first evaluation and menu. The second and any subsequent menus are only $50.00 each. Just follow the directions on this page to sign up for the program. The online form is easy and requires only clear thinking and a few minutes of your time. Once you sign up and pay for the first menu, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase and a link to a form where you can upload the four photographs.
