The BodyFix Method® , created by Bill Boland is a postural alignment and neuro-muscular therapy program, incorporating the Egoscue Method, Muscle Activation® , and Muscle Energy Techniques® and yoga. Each exercise program is individually designed to include elements from each of these disciplines.
There are many roads to wellness, just as there are many to the truth. The BodyFix Method is one answer to the pain and the lack of mobility that each of us feel at some point in our lives. The BodyFix Method has been treating people in pain since 1997.
If you are thinking about surgery, please talk to us first. Contrary to what you may have been told, surgery is not a quick fix. Rehabilitation is not a walk in the park. The loss of income during treatment is substantial. A surgical solution to chronic pain or muscle pain is not the only option. It rarely is the right one.
